Special Requests for École Notre Dame School Classroom Placement

For the 2018/2019 School Year

If you wish to provide feedback in regards to your child's class configuration, please request a Class Placement Request Form from the office. Please note that this form is not to request a specific teacher, rather it is to request a particular student combination or to indicate a student that your child does not work well with. The forms are available at the office.  Please be aware that we do not guarantee any requests.

 DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS FRIDAY, MAY 11TH to the office.  Requests will not be accepted after this date.

 As in previous school years, you will receive a phone call prior to the first day of school indicating your child’s classroom placement.
